1st Page Of Google – Revealed
One of the best ways to get traffic is to appear on the first page of Google. Depending on the keyphrase that you target, being on the first page of Google can mean 3 visitors a week, or tens of thousands of visitors a day. It’s likely – following the method given here, that you will start with around 20-50 visitors a day… then with further backlinking, you can build up from there.

Lisa – You can add fresh content so that you'll rank for more long-tail combinations – but the basic concept is the traffic that's coming from the high first page results. As for how you monitize it, yes; clickbank links are good – adsense is good – it depends on the niche. Backlinks are more important with this process than additional articles – you already rank on the first page – a #1 ranking is your goal – and additional content won't do that for you … but additional backlinks will.
